Sandalwood Royale Imports (“we”) collect personal details you submit through our enquiry form — typically your name, email address, optional telephone number, country, message, and where provided company billing details (legal name, address, VAT/tax ID, purchase order, accounts email) — solely to respond to your request and to prepare invoices for agreed acquisitions.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing. Messages may be processed by our email or hosting providers acting on our instructions (for example Google Cloud when the site is hosted on Cloud Run).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry data by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
